- Agency / Organization — if you choose to include it
- Email address — so we can reply to you
- Message — the contracting need or partnership interest you describe
We do not require accounts, and we collect no other personal information from visitors who simply browse the site.
We use the information you submit for one purpose only: to review your message and respond to your contracting or partnership inquiry — typically within one business day. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for their own use.
Form submissions are transmitted and stored through our website hosting provider's form service (Netlify Forms), which delivers your message to us. Access is limited to American Business Ventures personnel responsible for responding to inquiries. We retain submissions only as long as needed to respond to you and to support any resulting business or contracting relationship.
This site does not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking, or third-party marketing analytics. Our hosting provider may use standard, essential server logs and security measures (such as basic anti-spam protection on the form) needed to deliver the site reliably and securely.
Because the only data we hold about you is what you sent us, you can ask us at any time to provide a copy of, correct, or delete your inquiry. Just email us using the address below and we will take care of it.
